Villas Garden Homeowners Association (HOA) exists to maintain, protect, and enhance the shared community and quality of life for all residents. The Association is responsible for managing common areas, enforcing community rules and regulations, and ensuring the long-term value and safety of the neighborhood.
The HOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners. The Board works in partnership with our property management company to oversee daily operations, financial stewardship, and community compliance, while acting in the best interests of the Association as a whole.
